Lifetime Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. That's why we offer a Lifetime Guarantee on all of our Gold Plated/Vermeil products. If your product is damaged, it fades or stops working under normal wear, this guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement for the piece.

This guarantee is voided on any user damage issues (i.e: scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, etc.). A standard Shipping and Handling fee of $19.99 will be charged for all Replacements.

Do not expose your TRVSCO products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include but are not limited to: liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, salt water, spas.

Do not sleep in the jewelry and watches.

Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your TRVSCO product.

Instructions:

For any replacements, you need to email us proof of purchase, proof of defect. We will then repair or replace the item at our discretion. The replacement piece may not be the exact same as the piece returned as product availabilities are subject to inventory.

Please note: Any alterations, resizing or damage done by someone other than an authorized representative will void the guarantee.
